[Coco] Coco2 heads up

The 6847 (and 6847T1) are the Video Display Generator ICs used in the Coco1 and Coco2. The Coco3 uses an entirely different circuit altogether.

The "T1" version of the 6847 is very rare and is capable of displaying real lowercase, unlike the standard 6847.
