Hi Guys,
Thank you so much to those who have already expressed an interest in the 512KB Static Ram Memory Upgrade PCB and to those who have already made an order. I really appreciate it.
I tested this new 512KB Static Ram Memory Upgrade PCB all night last night by running 2 shells disassembling Basic09 in separate windows. This morning when I woke up I checked the case to see if it was overly warm. The great news is I could barely feel any heat at all! I checked the monitor to make sure both tasks were still running and they were still disassembling BASIC09 to beat the band!
I made a self-calling command file to do the disassembling job and to make it automatically recurring. This morning I stopped one of them and ran procs. I saw about 20 shells running with an mfree of about 224KB! So I actually had a bunch a tasks switching back and forth! Cool1 The test was better than I had hoped for! I'm not sure how all the shells started because I was running only 2 shells in 2 windows last night. Hummm... that will be for another day to figure out. Suffice it to say, this baby stays pretty cool. Remember those tiny fans Pentium processors used to have mounted on top of them? They barely covered the Pentium processor and both the heat sink and fan both were very short indeed! Well, that is all it would take to keep this new 512KB Static Ram Memory Upgrade PCB ice cold! Even without it, the Coco 3 is still cool. Only a very light hint of heat at all. I just thought you guys might want to know this. :) Thank you all for your time and interest in this project. I really do appreciate it. Take care my friends.

Hi Kip,
Please, put one 6809 6 chip kit for me and one of those 512Kb expansion as kit too!
