Hi Zippster,
I sure do.  The links below show the PCB installed in a Coco 3 and the other two show bare PCBs.  
This picture shows the PCB fully assembled and installed into a Coco 3.

This product is fully functional running 512KB DECB applications as well as running NitrOS-9 L2 perfectly.  No problems so far.
