[Coco] CoCo Altera DE1 interface

The chips just arrived. Oh dammit they are ALVC, not LVC. They are too
small (and don`t handle 5V). I just threw away 6 bucks. Damn it! :)
Oh great SMD gurus: Is *this* the right chip?
