[Coco] 6847 external character generator

Where would you pull the power from?

An external supply, or a connector to somewhere on the board?

This one just plugs into the 6847 socket.  I may add a separate power 
connector on
the final board for better power distribution (perhaps optional).
Kind of nice having it just plug in the socket though, I’ll have to do a bit 
more testing.
