Josh, the mistake you're making is looking for "flash" video capture.
Try "screen capture", which captures "anything" on the screen. 
The one that I use is pretty complex and would probably be overkill for normal use.
A simple one would be:

I have tried to find a flash video copier with no luck just not
sure what will work  I don't see well so that don't help
do u know of anything
that will work with flash videos
