[Coco] 4 Port MPI PCB artwork (so far)

I'm in!   I would love to try my MPI compatible YA-DOS on a real MPI.
Unfortunately, MPI's are in short supply (maybe I can scrounge one up
at CoCoFest)...  I would definately be interested in buying one!
