[Coco] SCSI2SD and Cloud 9's TC^3 Controller

It is very good adapter, I use it for my X68000 computers to replace old
SASI and SCSI  hard disks with SD Cards.
But in the same line, AztecMonster might probably work for the Coco. This
one is to use with CF cards.
