Boisy posted for me a ramdoctor.asm routine I adapted for the project. It was 
designed as a LOADM disk program compiled with EDTASM. Compiling it with lwasm 
for a cart, resulted in some unexpected problems in the code so it will not work 
as is.

For reasons that are not relevant to this list, I will not be posting 
corrections to github. Anyone who wants to use the code can contact me off the 
list so we can discuss corrections to ramdoctor.
