They aren’t that hard to make and I really don’t want to make these cables. For what I might make for labor it’s not worth my time to solder it and deal with the hassle of building, selling and shipping it. If you really can’t solder and you absolutely can’t find anyone else to do it then I will reluctantly do it as a favor for the cost of the parts, shipping, and a $20 fee. I am really not looking to do this though. I will however be happy to answer any questions regarding how it works and assist with any trouble shooting, not that trouble shooting will likely be needed since this is just a cable with wires and one resistor and 5v source to apply a signal to a sensing pin. Almost any SCART converter should work, also. I got that one because it was cheap.
You can try these guys: http://customcableconnection.com/contact/ janeth at customcableconnection.com
The nice lady I spoke to said they charge $40 an hour labor in ½ hour increments and this could be a ½ job but she needs more details for a proper quote.
Or these guys: http://www.customcablesinc.com/contacts.html, they said to send the a description and they would give a quote.
I have a PDF with pictures and a schematic I can send by email when I get back to my house.

You could wire the CoCo 3's RGB connector to an SCART video connector like I did and then get a SCART to HDMI for $40-$50. I did this and it works pretty good.
I wired the CoCo 3's RGB video lines from the connector on the bottom of the computer to the RGB lines in an SCART connector.
I connected the audio from the CoCo connector to the left and right audio on the SCART connector.
I connected the CoCo 3's composite video to the composite video/sync on the SCART connector.
I connected +5V to a 100 ohm resistor connected to the "fast switching" pin on the SCART connector.
I then plugged the SCART video connector into my SCART --> HDMI converter, which I plugged into my TV.
Viola! Perfect RGB video up scaled to 1080P.
Wiring
CoCo monitor out pins 1 + 2, ground, to SCART pins 4, 5, 9, 13, 17, and 18
CoCo monitor out pin 3, red video, to SCART pin 15
CoCo monitor out pin 4, green video, to SCART pin 11
CoCo monitor out pin 5, blue video, to SCART pin 7
CoCo monitor out pin 7, audio, to SCART pins 2 and 6
CoCo composite video out RCA connector center wire to SCART pin 20 composite/sync
+5V connected to a 100 ohm resistor to SCART pin 16
I used this SCART to HDMI converter. It costs $42.92. Other types and brands should work as well.
