"Betrayed" seems a bit overblown, as does the threat of legal action. I'd
imagine it was an honest mistake, and that the game would be promptly
removed if the request managed to get conveyed. It seems likely
that someone here knows how to contact the site owner. Do you mean

I think it is a sensible assumption in most cases that CoCo software
authors have no objection to their software being posted so many years
after the machine's heyday. Sites should and generally do have a policy of
prompt and permanent removal on request. Granted that the site should have
clearly specified who such requests should be sent to, but let's keep
things in perspective.
