Well, ruled out the rs-232 pak by simply unplugging it, typing program
in with normal extended basic, doing the high speed poke and running
it. The yoyo bounced for about 8 minutes or so, then I looked over and
saw the computer hung on the text screen with a "SN error" and no
cursor, in other words, mental breakdown.
I guess I'll have to pull the case off eventually...
