[Coco] Disto 4-in-1 clock2 with CocoSDC

I've just perused the code for the Disto2 clock module. That code slows 
the CPU to 1MHz before reading the clock hardware, and returns it to 
2MHz on exit.

Now I'm wondering if that should be so in the Disto4 clock module also?
