Hi Allen,

Rather than muck around with the existing image, I extended it and made
the extension into a second partition. I used HxD to do the extension on
windows 8.1. I created a descriptor (I called it SDA) and set its OFS to
4800

Here's a dmode of the "partition"

nam=SDA mgr=RBF ddr=rbsuper
hpn=07 hpa=FF4A drv=00 stp=00 typ=80 dns=00 cyl=00F6 sid=40
vfy=01 sct=0020 t0s=0020 ilv=01 sas=10 wpc=00 ofs=4800 rwc=

The resultant file is 135659520 bytes.
Hope that helps.
