[Coco] Digital RX 180 AD floppy drives

I have two of those units.  The "D" connectors seemed to have a nonstandard 
pattern, so I pulled the 25 pin "D" connectors and used a "standard" CoCo 34 
line cable to the CoCo controller routed between the top cover and the back.
