Roy did indeed follow my proposal 10 years ago and used pin 10 as a serial
output for
configuration of his video converter, replacing his first approach using the
cassette port with an additional cable. But Tandy's design intent was to
detect the RGB monitor and thus had this PIA line configured as an input
with a pull-up resistor, at least AFAIR.
