[Coco] RS-DOS COPY crashing system

FYI: I believe HDBDOS already has this bug fixed, albeit in a
slightly different manner than recommended. I'm not sure where this
fix came in at, whether is be a relic from RGB-DOS or Boisy plopped it
in there. Can't tell from source or version control.
