Hi Torsten,

If you can provide a good scan near the video processing area of the 
schematic it would be awesome!
I also have a CoCo2 Peritel version (with RGB SCART output) and this 
Hitachi IC is also present there. I think it's related with the 50Hz 
conversion, as the 6847 just outputs a 60Hz signal.
