Granted it does not meet the first definition of a dump, that it is unsupervised.
Well organized, I differ. It is the last place I look when something is wanted and it cannot be found elsewhere. The contents were hidden at the time when few people could download a file of that size and burn a CD. Today is vastly different.
It does meet the definition of containing illegal items, in this case copyrighted material.
Being supervised people could not "dump" anything they wanted as they have done with dump #2 (Closed) and are doing in dump #3.
I put the index up so that people did not need to download 520,034,304 bytes to see what was contained. I have offered to e-mail requested .dsk. The need to do that is now gone.
Read that sentence again.
Yes there are people still that cannot handle that size of a download.
Also there are people that have trouble with the directions to Hawaii consisting of just jump into the Pacific ocean and start swimming like I read some of your instructions.
It is not "my" index as nothing was done to any of the files. (Many were not included.)
I also must differ with you on the usefulness of much you have done.
I almost had a heart attack when I read your words about "Turning UAC Off".
I hope that you have not damaged my main Laptop. If UAC did it's job then next sentence does not apply. I do not use my Admin account for almost all activities. It is used rarely to look at files that my normal account's Windows Explorer is set up (MS's Default) to hide.
I want to remove CoCoDskUtil but I am very afraid that massive damage has been done and trying to remove it will surely kill my laptop. Win 2K installer. Really!
You need to become beware of what you are suggesting others to do.
Microsoft sets up new computers with UAC on and takes them through the steps of creating additional users.
I have all Microsoft OS starting with MSDOS 3.3. Well actually I do not have Windows 8 and above but the Paradox forum is keeping me aware of problems with old software.
Afraid? Yes, the Fire Wall on my Wireless router is one of the best and I am very glad as about every ten minutes it is tested with ~ 1000 attacks.
The two most dangerous things I have done have been installing your package and CoCoDskUtil.
I violated the rule about installing software and should have installed it in a Virtual Machine.
I am not perfect, I messed up badly in those two cases.

The index is accessed by clicking "index.html" on the root of the CD image. Then you can view all disk contents and pdf images from html page.
