[Coco] 6847 external character generator

Sounds good Joe.  I’ll be getting this one finished soon now that I’ve finalized the Composite boards.

Next in the pipeline, VGA for the MC6847 (non-fpga, about halfway done with the initial design), and composite boards
for the CoCo1.
