[Coco] Building dual drives

I have a similar setup to Robert Gault with the exception that both my
drives are in one enclosure (FD-502). I had to add the pin type connector
for the 3.5 inch drive. There is no twist in the data cable, it is
straight through and is the original cable except for the connector I
added. There are jumpers on the 5.25 inch drive to select for drive A: or
drive B: (0 or 1) and there are holes for jumpers on the 3.5 inch drive's
board but nothing is there (no pins or jumper blocks). I recall I used a
standard pc floppy cable to experiment with the orientation and position of
the pin type connector before hacking on the original cable. The drives
are situated on the cable with the 5.25 inch drive closest to the
controller. As I noted, it took a bit of experimentation (and another
floppy cable for testing) to get it working correctly.
