Hello everyone,

This is just an update on the status of the CoCo2 Composite Video boards I’ve been working on.  I recently got back my final prototype boards and put them together.
I’m pleased to report they work great!

I have a list of quite a few list members who are interested in these, and I’m sorry for the delay in getting the final design nailed down.  This took a bit longer than I thought it would.  My last prototypes (which I thought would be final) had some interference showing up in the video (due to poor board layout, my error).

I reworked the layout with special attention to separation of the power, video, and sound sections of the circuit, and now we have a working design with good physical fit as replacements for the RF modulator on both the A and B versions.

I’ll be placing orders for runs of these boards in the next few days, so I should have PCBs in a couple of weeks.  I’ll put some pics up somewhere (probably tomorrow).
