[Coco] Multi Pack Replacement

I must have missed this initial thread - I don't remember it at all.
However, I do like the idea behind it - an MPI with added functionality
sitting under the CoCo, similar in fashion to how the SegaCD sat under
the Genesis (sorry for the video game reference, but, that's how I
envision this).
Sounds promising....
