[Coco] NitrOS-9 L2 on coco3 128k, with CocoSDC

Thanks for the response.
1. I'm not using DW, I am booting from the SD card in the CocoSDC.
2. I tried the following: Launched DW4 on PC, booted the coco into OS9,
entered "shell i=/z1" at the prompt. It returned some error code, but
of course I can't read it.
3. I don't know what OS9 drivers or descriptors are, or how to determine
what they are in this prebuilt image nos96809l2v030300coco3_cocosdc.dsk
that I downloaded from nitros9.org.
Restating the two issues:
1. need noob-level steps to modify the OS9 files on DSK files so that
OS9 boots in 40 column white on black following the DOS command.
Alternately, some kind person would simply modify the DSK as needed and
send it to me (I'm fine with a 4MB email attachment).
2. need noob-level steps to redirect shell to serial after booting to
console, so I can use terminal prog running on PC as console.
