Kip Yoon and I have just exchanged emails about making a replacement
for the MPI. He's already got a preliminary design doing.

I see the mechanical and packing aspects of a new MPI more of an issue than
the electrical/electronics.


Perhaps it's time to get some serious discussion going about that.

What do you guys think?
