[Coco] Status of TandyCoCo sites

Aaron graciously offered to host the websites for me a while back. I'm 
happy to say that, as of this morning, all three components of the 
TandyCoCo family are operational on his server - including the blog. The 
only thing I still need to do is set up email for the TandyCoCo domain - 
and once I get a better understanding of Postfix, I'll get that taken 
care of...

Then, I'll talk to Aaron about his rules for the few - maybe more - 
files that are available as downloads. I tend to agree that several 
places housing the CoCo collection is a good thing. However, an 
available bitorrent consisting of this collection is every bit as needed 
and is a good choice for redundancy for our hobby.
