[Coco] [COCO] Putting NitrOS-9 boot track in ROM

Just a quick update.

After many days of testing the updated boot IDE module that has DeBlocking
built into ​seems to be working fine.  The boot IDE module that works with
HDBDOS/RGBDOS still has remained the same name of boot_ide while the
DeBlocking version is boot_dide.

I have also test this with my boot track code and thus far booting from the
SuperIDE works great with it.  Also tested with the IDE.dll in VCC 1.42 and
1.43beta.

Just thought I would share the current testing.
