[Coco] DW and 6551

Hi,

I have done many steps suggested on the internet on my W7 Laptop.

After posting this I will try the router power down with the rest of my local network.

Windows Diag says http://www.halted.com/ is reachable but not responding.

My XP HTPC will not work either.

Issues found 

website (www.halted.com) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts.
 
The remote computer isn’t responding to connections on port 80, possibly due to firewall or security policy settings, or because it might be temporarily unavailable. Windows couldn’t find any problems with the firewall on your computer.
