OS-9 Level 2 Version 3.0 was the "Upgrade"

OS-9 Level 3 is the redone memory manager.

Thus:

1. Microware's Level 1 (flat memory space)
2. Microware's Level 2 (MMU blocks of RAM)
3. NitrOS-9's Level 3 (Alan DeKok? Curtis Boyle? enhanced L2).
4. Tandy's Level 2 version 3 (added features to L2).
