[Coco] CoCo3 to KV-1311CR Monitor cable.

Practically this cable is an LS02 configured to combine and invert the 
sync signals of the CoCo3.
This can also be done internally and is just used a direct cable after. 
This is explained in detail on Victor Trucco site (sorry is in 
portuguese, but you can follow the pictures because is a pretty easy mod 
to do).
