[Coco] New project for loading DriveWire HDB-DOS

It would be neat if it could record too... amongst some other things - like
being able to select tracks by sending it a data stream :)

(At one point, I was going to use a cigarette lighter MP3 player which had
a SD card slot and a tiny dot matrix LCD for track selection)
