[Coco] Selling 2 CocoSDC kits with cases...

I still have one set left. I'd like to get $60.00 for it shipped.

1. I only ship within the 48 Continental U.S. States. I'm too sick to go to 
the Post office and fill out customs forms and get a shipping quote.

2. Payment must be sent to PayPal as a gift, so I am not charged fees. 
Unless you want to add $3.00 to cover the fees (silly, when sending as a 
gift avoids that.)
