At present, it's hard-coded for 35-track single-sided diskettes.  But, I 
doubt it would be much of a problem to add support for 40-track, 
double-sided, etc.  All the utilities are open source and there are a 
number of folks hacking on it.  Adam (designer) might even add these 
formats if you ask nicely.
