[Coco] CoCo and Internet

Thank you, I will read through the documents.

Unless I misunderstand, DW4/3 works with an inetd server for OS9.

I never really got into OS9 and was looking to see if I could communicate
'through' the tool with ML.
Maybe it's not possible without OS9.
