Yes. Read the documentation for Drivewire at
https://sourceforge.net/p/drivewireserver/wiki/Using_DriveWire/

Now if you mean a remote server on the Inernet, you would need to have write 
permission to it. If you mean the server is Drivewire running on one of your 
PCs, that is simple.
You just use the HDBDOS command to turn on a Coco floppy
DRIVE OFF n
where n is the number of the last real Coco floppy 0-3. Then you can use the 
BACKUP or COPY commands to transfer from a Coco disk to a Drivewire disk.
