[Coco] CoCo SDC Cases & Glennside IDE Case

I've sold out of SDC cases. Currently I'm not planning to make more.
But if there is any sort of demand I may change my mind. :)

As far as Glennside IDE cases. I was lucky enough to acquire a non
working board to measure and plan a case. I've come to the conclusion
there isn't anywhere I can drill holes to mount the supports for a
"Sick of Beige" style case. So I will just leave it at that.
