[Coco] [Color Forth] Is there a "Cold Start" Location for DECB?

The best way to do this is (in asm):
clr >$71
jmp [$fffe]
The first will force basic to do a cold start. The second will go to the
correct address for the reset code. I used forced extended addressing on
the first line in case you're setting DP to something other than 0.
The reset addresses are different between the coco1/2 and coco3.
