All the pages are there, but they are not in correct order. I'm redoing it and re-uploading it now. Should be ready in 10 or 15 minutes.

but it seems to be incomplete then it has just 99 real pages despite the pdf has 115.
I have not found anything related to this quote:

The "lowerkit" from Green Mountain Micro on page 109 looks very interesting.  Anyone ever use that? Sean R

any advice will be welcome.
