[Coco] Improving CoHR performance

I think I did something similar in GRFDRV, optimizing for regular text first. And, of course, Alan added the buffered SCF writes for regular text as well (always did want to expand SCF and SCF descriptors/drivers to allow 32 byte buffered read and write, also covering modems, etc…)
