Altera's website, yes the one that provides the software for FPGA (DE1,DE2 ) boards ( coco4 ), has an option to download there software by means of a download manager. The manager will be downloaded first and you can then do the install. I do not know if you can use it for other then Altera's downloads though. I can check it for you if needed.
