[Coco] Mechanical keyboard upgrades for the CoCo

I'm planning to use my 1984 IBM, Model M, PS/2,
mechanical keyboard with Cloud9's adapter for the Coco-3
and with a $5 PS/2 to USB adapter for my PC, via a KVM switch.
