If anyone is interested, this thread on the World of Dragon form has patched Coco ROMs that will allow you to replace the ROMs in a TANO Dragon and have it work as a Coco. It changes the keyboard table to use the Dragon keyboard layout.

But, remember that .bin programs that directly access the keyboard and bypass the ROM routines won’t work correctly.
