[Coco] Run of RGB2VGA boards

[Zippster]

Kip had some problems with the run he was doing, and it got to be a bit much at the time.
I don’t think he’s interested in doing them anymore.  I helped him out by taking over the run, 
reworking the boards, and getting them completed.

I figured I’d offer to do a few for the list since I had some people asking.

They are really nice.  They do an excellent job with Apple ][ to VGA as well as the CoCo3.
