[Coco] Extended Color Basic 1.1

Pretty much the only noticeable difference between Extended Basic 1.1 and
1.0 is that they fixed the PCLEAR bug in 1.1. In a way, it might be
slightly advantageous to have 1.0, because if you had 1.1, you might write
a Basic program that doesn't run properly under 1.0, whereas having 1.0
alerts you to this situation, which there is a simple workaround to avoid.
(The workaround is that you put the PCLEAR at the end of the program
instead of the beginning; in the beginning of the program you do a GOTO to
the PCLEAR statement and then jump back to where you left off at the
beginning of the program. That makes the program compatible with both
versions of Extended Basic.)
