to hdmi
- Apple IIe NTSC slightly better
than my cvbs to hdmi (chinese long black box)

I’ve got a cheap composite to VGA and composite to HDMI, and both of them work just fine with the C64, but display monochrome for every other computer or game console I’ve thrown at them. The RioRand composite to HDMI that Mark Blair posted about on his blog (http://www.nf6x.net/2015/06/cheap-hdmi-converter-with-apple-c/) is actually able to display everything in color. The downside is there’s about a 10th of a second lag while it does processing.
