[Coco] A new Composite Video board for the MC-10

Thanks Darren.

They are pretty small, but after the 0402 caps on the SCSI2SD boards, not too small.
Those took some getting used to.  :)

The CoCo1 is definitely on the to-do list.

I’ve got to spend some time with the MC6847 VGA boards first though.  In the middle of building
prototypes for the FPGA version.
