[Coco] MC6847 + Component video

We found a quad op-amp that should work nicely for this! :)  And since it's a quad, it will be the only active device required--no other opamps or transistors required. We have to order it and test it, but if it works it will be a super simple PCB

The third uses a somewhat esoteric opamp from AD but it can run on 5v. It would be best to use commonly available parts though because AD is prone to discontinue products with little notice :-/
