[Coco] MC6847 + Component video

Cool! We have three circuits to test. One of them is discrete and runs happily on 5v. The second uses commonly available opamps but needs an external supply or a dc to dc converter. The third uses a somewhat esoteric opamp from AD but it can run on 5v. It would be best to use commonly available parts though because AD is prone to discontinue products with little notice :-/

Joe, I can design PCBs if that’s needed once the circuit is tested/tweaked.
Two layouts should be able to cover any CoCo1/2.
