[Coco] Interfacing the Coco to the outside world using the joystick ports

Here is some interesting stuff on interfacing the Coco to the outside world 
using the joystick ports.

Of special interest here is a circuit which allows you to monitor up to 
eight switches per joystick port.  The information says 7, but that's 
because it was written with the Coco 1 and 2 in mind.
