i found a *bit* more space indside the 4k limit.... (before i tapeload)

so i stuffed 2 parts into one here.... loads from $600 to around $d80....

$c00..$d80 is the plasma routine in compressed form which gets decompressed
at runtime just after the fader finishes.....

i now have to load part II  with the music running at the same time (not an
issue as such)
